Britt Johnson rescues the women and children of a settlement taken hostage by Kiowa Indians. However, one woman, Delores Holtz, decides to stay with a Kiowa native with whom she has fallen in love. Her racist, abusive husband blames Britt for the situation and organizes a hunting party of vigilantes to accompany him into Indian territory to recapture her.
