Spinach Artichoke Dip

Yields6 Servings
 8 oz block of softened cream cheese (just leave out for 1-2 hours and bring to room temp or microwave it for :30 seconds)
 14 oz of artichoke hearts, diced
 ½ cup of cooked spinach
 ½ cup of Parmesan cheese (I prefer Pecorino Romano) 
 ¼ cup of mayonnaise
 1 garlic clove, chopped
 ¼ tsp of garlic salt
 ½ tbsp of basil (I use fresh, but this is optional) 
 Mozzarella (for topping)

Place all ingredients (except the mozzarella) in a large mixing bowl and once combined, put in a greased baking dish.

Top with mozzarella.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or crostini. Enjoy!
