The Worship Bundle combines two uplifting streaming services, UP Faith & Family and GaitherTV+, into one subscription. Bundling both services allows you to enjoy more family-friendly entertainment, concerts, and worship content for one low monthly price.

GaitherTV+ offers exclusive concerts, gospel performances, and inspirational specials from Bill and Gloria Gaither and the Homecoming family.

You can bundle your UP Faith & family subscription via your Customer Portal

To bundle:

1. Go to your Customer Portal [https://subscriptions.upentertainment.com/]

2. Enter your email address and select Continue

3. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email address. Enter it and select Continue.

4. Select Manage Subscription.

5. Toggle on the GaitherTV+ option to add it to your existing plan.

6. Select Save changes to confirm your Worship Bundle.

You will receive an email notification once your bundle has been activated.

Once you add GaitherTV+, your billing will update automatically, and you'll get instant access to the additional content.

If you are a new customer, you can sign up for the Worship Bundle directly at checkout - no extra setup needed!

To sign up:

1. Go to upfaithandfamily.com and start your subscription..

2. When prompted to choose a plan, select the Worship Bundle (UP Faith & Family + GaitherTV+) option.

3. Complete your account setup and payment details.

Once your account is created, you will have immediate access to both channels.

If you already subscribe to GaitherTV+ separately, please cancel your standalone GaitherTV+ account before adding it through the Worship Bundle. This ensures you're not billed twice for the same service.

You can update your billing information at any time in your Customer Portal:

1. Go to your Customer Portal

2. Enter your email address and one-time password.

3. Select Manage Subscription à Update Payment Method

4. Add your new card or payment details, then select Save Changes.

No - the Worship Bundle is only available to customers in the United States. At this time, UP Faith & Family and GaitherTV+ are not available to those outside of the U.S.

Yes, cancelling the Worship Bundle will end access to both UP Faith & Family and GaitherTV+ at the end of your billing cycle.

However, if you want to keep one and remove the other, you can do so by toggling off the specific service in your Customer Portal instead of canceling the entire bundle.

You can cancel your bundled subscription any time via your Customer Portal, or by calling 1-470-447-0882 to use our automated cancellation process.

In your Customer Portal:

1. Enter your email address and select Continue.

2. Enter the one-time password sent to your email and select Continue.

3. Select Manage Subscription.

4. Toggle off the subscription you wish to cancel.

5. Select Save changes.

Once canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email, and your access will continue through the end of your billing period.

No, when you subscribe to the Worship Bundle, you'll receive one combined bill through UP Faith & Family. You will have a single subscription, a single payment, and a single renewal date for both channels.

NOTE: Your billing statement will list UP Entertainment as the merchant of record.

Yes! Your UP Faith & Family account credentials give you access to both services in the Worship Bundle.
